USA 
1/24 scale pedestrian signal sets; includes decals so you can have the lights displaying in "on" or "off" positions. Metal weights are included for the bases of the light posts, to help keep them upright when completed. The "lights" in the kit represent the new LED-style lights that are in use now in Japan, which are brighter and require less maintenance than regular incandescent lights. (note that this kit does not actually light up and there are no electronics included!)
