This item is a fixed-pose model of a science-fiction/anime item. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Here's a fantastic offering from FuRyu: the Alien-hunting Predator from the 2004 film "Alien vs Predator" as a fixed-pose PVC figure! Measuring 25cm tall, it's very well painted for the price.
