This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Kirino Kousaka from "Ore no Imoto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai" laughs as she swirls the full skirt of her maid's uniform around her legs! This adorable figure from Freeing is about 21cm tall, and a base is included (although it's slightly different from the base shown in the prototype photo below).
