1/72 Hellcat Mk.I/Mk.II Dual Combo ProfiPack

Limited reissue of the Eduard 1/72 scale Hellcat kit in a two-kit boxing with markings for three Hellcat Mk. I (F6F-3) and three Hellcat Mk. II (F6F-5).  The instructions are a little vague as to which of the three supplied cowl variants should be used for which scheme (all Mk. IIs would use parts A8 and A9, Mk. Is would use either A1 + A2 or A3 + A4, check the painting instructions or your references), and curiously windscreen part E6 is shown as "not for use" although it should be used on the Mk. II.  One set each of Mk.I and Mk. II wings are provided, so you have to build one of each - two Mk. I or two Mk. II is not possible!  Photoetched detail parts with correct British harnesses are included, so if you want to build USN aircraft you will have to get new pilot's harnesses or just ignore the difference, but having the correct harnesses shows Eduard was paying attention!
