One of the most famous battleships of WWII, the Bismarck reached nearly legendary status in the early days of the war, particularly with the sinking of the British battlecruiser Hood. The Bismarck herself was then sunk shortly afterward by a combined force of British Naval forces.

Dragon's new Premium Edition kit of the Bismarck improves on their previous release with the addition of a nice set of photo-etched parts and quite a few newly tooled plastic parts, too. Gone are the soft and difficult-to-deal-with parts molded in a PVC-like vinyl material...all the plastic here is good ol' styrene this time around! Rescue boats and aircraft are molded in clear plastic to enhance the realism of their windshields and cockpits. Kit can be built either full-hull or waterline. Decals by Cartograf.
