Assembly Guide

In pre-WWII and in the war's early years, nobody thought heavy tanks like the Tiger or even the KV-1, with thick armor, would ever be manufactured. Most the tanks and even the armored cars had thin armor and were penetrable by anti-tank rifles with special hard bullets. The German anti-tank rifle Pz.B 39 was equipped in large quantities -- but it became obsolete almost immediately, because tanks began to be built with increasingly thick armor. Dragon brings us four German soldiers from an anti-tank rifle team which fought in France in 1940. Two are marching, while the other two are in a prone firing posture. Fabric folds and wrinkles on the combat uniforms and the basic infantry equipment are beautifully molded as always. Special cartridge box carriers for the Pz.B 39 are included, too. All in all, a very convincing figure set that can tell a story of its own in a diorama.
