1/35 54cm SP Moerser Loki (Long Barrel)

The "Loki" was the sister vehicle of the 60 cm Self-Propelled Mortar "Karl"(DRA6179) and extended its range with a longer-barreled 54cm mortar. Parts are molded in gray plastic and have reasonably good details such as a workable ammo bed and rammer. The mortar barrel can be recoiled after assembly with the included spring gimmick. The very long and wide tracks are individually molded of injection plastic. Not only have they changed the mortar barrel parts, DRAGON has also provided a new chassis with raised suspensions in running mode; a photo-etched set for engine grill and rifling of the barrel; plastic parts for extended exhaust pipes; and small details typically seen on 54cm vehicles. Decals are included for "Thor" & "Loki", two of the six produced machines. No figures included.
