1/35 Ambush at Poteau Ardennes 1944

To celebrate ten years of production, Dragon has created a series of 'special' sets. These sets have additional parts and each set includes an illustrated monthly calendar. New parts consist of figure heads created from new tooling, more detailed personal equipment, and small arms. Calendar art drawn by Ron Volstad. The September 2003 issue in this set features an illustration of a sniper of German Army mountain troop. The basic kit is the same one as DRA6091, four figures of handsome SS infantry which appeared on German Wartime Newsreels -- in fact, these men are German actors playing a part in a piece of well-known Nazi propaganda shown to glorify the victory at Poteau in Ardennes, 1944.
