The Hermann Goering Division was the famous ground unit of the German Air Force. It was Air Field Marshal Hermann Goering's private army to cope with his political rival, Himmler's SS. The kit depicts this division's operation in Italy countering the Allied landing in Anzio, near Rome. This kit has four marching figures, three of them in greatcoat. Several parts are included to reproduce the drape of the skirt of the greatcoat. This makes a nice companion to Dragon's Sd.Kfz.184 Elefant (DRA6126) in a diorama, and would also be good in a late-war diorama.
