A reissue of the 1/48 Ta154 kit first released through Revell/Monogram's ProModeller series and by Hasegawa for the Japanese market. Dragon has improved over the original release by adding nose gear and antenna parts so that you can build any of 3 variants: the original prototype V-1, the FuG 212 Lichtenstein C-1 radar-equipped V-3 and the FuG 220 Lichtenstein SN-2 radar-equipped A-0. A fret of brass photoetched parts provides brake lines, cockpit panel details (but no belts) and antennas - good for the underwing radar altimeter antennas and the FuG 212 aerials (plastic parts are also provided), but the injected parts for the SN-2 aerials will probably look more realistic. Straight exhausts for the V-1 and flame dampers for the V-3 and A-0 are provided. As a bonus, this means that by combining the V-1 nose cap and exhausts with the V-3/A-0 nose strut parts, you can build the A-1 day fighter version of the Moskito as well! Decals are for 6 aircraft: A-0s TQ+XE, TQ+XD, TQ+XF and TQ+XI; V-1 TE+FE in mottled camoflage as used at Rechlin and full topside camoflage as used at Langenhagen; V-3 TE+FG in mottled camoflage as used by Erprobungskommando 154 at Langenhagen and full topside camoflage as used at Insterburg.
