1/48 Me 262B-1a/U1 Nachtjager

A re-release of the excellent Dragon 1/48 kit. This kit has fine recessed panle lines, detailed cockpits and landing gear and includes photoetched parts to detail these areas as well as represent the radar antennas. Rubber tires are also included. While perhaps not as easy a build as the Tamiya kit, Tamiya also does not produce a B variant, and in many ways the detail in this kit is better. It may not be a "shake'n'bake", but this is an excellent kit of the world's first jet nightfighter.
