This is a fixed-pose resin-cast figure kit.

This is one gorgeous, humongous resin kit of Makagamina Mina, from Samurai Spirits! In 1/4 scale (yowza!) when completed she'll stand a whopping 45 cm tall -- the bow itself is 50 cm long! That's just under 20 inches, for those of you still working on Imperial measurements. To continue: there's a great deal of movement in the posing of this kit, even though she's really just standing in one place; the shift of her hips and her back (and what a beautiful back she's got), the swirl of her ponytail, the drape of her costume so that it's tempting, teasing, but reveals nothing -- it all comes together for a remarkable effect. Paper 'feathers' are included for you to 'fletch' the arrows yourself (cutting their edges very finely to feather them might add to the effect, too). 35 resin pieces. Two colour photos are included. No base is included but will definitely be necessary; you'll also have to provide the shafts for her arrows. And remember to pin, pin, PIN! Auntie Katrina says so. Please note: due to the size and weight of some of the larger resin pieces in this kit, you may find some smaller, more delicate pieces damaged when you open the kit. This is not to be considered a manufacturer's defect; unfortunately this happens with large kits in this scale which happen to have dainty parts included. We ask you to grin and bear it and consider any such problem just one extra joint to have to glue together.
