1/35 Sd.Kfz.251/17 Ausf.C 2cm Cannon Type

The 251 series of WWII German half tracks were the workhorses of the Wehrmacht, ferrying troops, supplies and equipment to and from the front lines. There were a staggering amount of variations, as they went through continuous modifications to perform a wide variety of functions. The 251/17 mounted a 20mm Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun on a modified 251 chassis with fold-down sidewalls that allowed for a full 360 degrees of gun traverse. Only a very few of these special vehicles were built.

Dragon's 251/17 carries on the tradition of its 251 series with sharp detail and fine molding throughout, with many newly-tooled parts specific to this vehicle. Includes pre-formed metal mesh parts, photo-etched metal detail parts, and markings for three vehicles, plus a driver figure.
