Columbia gives Monkey Punch masterwork "Lupin III" a 40th-anniversary present that fans will treasure: this two-CD gathering of "Lupin" theme songs from 1968 through 1989, each by its original recording artist (even the complete "Lupin Ondo"--originally released on a minor label and long missing from "Lupin" song compilations--plus its hysterical B side, "Zenigata March"!), and crowned with a pair of jewels from long-gone LPs from the early '90s, "Love Squall" by Fujiko herself (Eiko Masuyama) and "Memory Of Smile" by the late Yasuo Yamada as Lupin III. A booklet of song lyrics and information on the songs' original releases is included. Highly recommended!
