1/28 Character RC Sheryl Nome Racing Ver. Lancer Evolution VIII 40MHz by CCP

Product Description
This item is a injection plastic and metal radio or remote-controlled car model.  Click here for sizing chart.

It's a radio-controlled Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII "Ita-sha"! "Ita-sha" literally means "pain car" in Japanese, suggesting that these cars garishly decorated with colorful anime character graphics are embarrassingly painful to look at, or ride in. A bit harsh, perhaps, but there you have it! Another take on the name is that it's riffing on the similar sound of the nickname for Italian cars, also pronounced "Ita-sha" but with the kana for Italy's "Ita" in place of the kanji for pain (also pronounced "ita" in this combination). "Sha" in both cases means "car."

So, yeah, this cool 1/28-scale Lancer "Ita-sha" features lovely graphics of Sheryl Nome from the anime "Macross Frontier." The graphics are provided as water-slide decals you apply yourself. The wheel-'n-trigger-style radio controller operates on a frequency of 40MHz. The required batteries (not included, of course!) are: two AA batteries for the car (will run up to 60 minutes on a set of fresh ones) and two AA batteries for the controller (good for up to 20 hours of use). The controller has a range of about 10 meters (about 33 feet). The car can move forward, backward, and turn right and left. There you have it!
