Description
This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
Equipped with 8 torpedo tubes and capable of carrying 50 Tomahawk cruise missiles, 50 Harpoon anti-ship missiles, 50 Mark 48 ADCAP torpedoes, or 100 mines, the Seawolf-class nuclear-powered attack submarines were developed in the mid-'80s to counter the Soviet threat. Designed as a replacement for the Los Angeles-class attack submarines, the Seawolf is the fastest of any US submarine and can dive to depths of over 1600 feet. One of Bronco's original releases, this 1/350 scale Seawolf is sharply molded in black plastic and comes with Cartograf decals. Hull halves are split horizontally. Nice kit of an incredible piece of US weaponry.
