This is a figure from the Figuarts series.

Ghost Princess Perona (or "Perhona," as it's spelled on the packaging) now joins the Figuarts Zero family! All cotton-candy-pink hair and black-and-white ruffles, she's got her umbrella in one hand and her teddy bear under the other arm, and has one of her ghost companions swirling around her as well. A stand is included as well. She's about 15cm tall measured to the top of her top hat, and she's ready to join your collection today!
