Description
This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
Here's Kamen Rider Fourze's first hand-held weapon, "Billy the Rod." In Japanese, the word "bili" (usually used twice, as in "bilibili") is the word they use to describe the sensation of being electrocuted, so this is sort of a clever pun name.
As usual, this toy features numerous lighting and sound effects that vary depending on which socket you plug the little plug into, and whether you've got your #10 "Eleki Switch" (included in this set) installed or not. Requires two AAA (LR03) batteries.
