This item is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item. It requires both cement and painting to complete or use.

What a blast from the past! Bandai has finally reissued their classic "Dr. Slump" series of plastic injection kits from the '80s, capturing some of creator Akira Toriyama's most memorable illustrations in 3D! Here's Arale-chan riding on a fantasy dragon. The fantasy dragon and drawing-pen-toting bird (Toriyama-sensei, is that you?) are molded on green runners with Arale-chan and Gatchan molded on flesh-tone runners. A display base is included along with a "Fantasy Dragon" sticker for the base. Cement and paint are required to complete this kit.
