This is a fully completed and painted figure.
This superbly sculpted and prepainted PVC figure captures Meer Campbell in the middle of her singing performance, complete with a skirt that seems to be defying the laws of gravity! Featuring Rie Tanaka, the original voice actress for Meer Campbell, the included base allows you to play eight spoken phrases from some of Meer's memorable scenes in "Gundam Seed Destiny," plus two original phrases recorded just for this figure! Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
