This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Building on the success of the "Mai Otome" anime/manga series, Bandai created this new line of completed PVC figures called "Otome-Dama," focusing on the girls from the series. This second entry in the series features Tomoe Marguerite in her Valkyrie outfit, with a cute little elephant looking cheekily up her skirt! A special 8-page "Super! Otomegraph" Volume 2 full-color booklet is included.
