This item is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters or people. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
This excellent Cosmix Plus Figure Collection series of trading figures features four characters from the "Lovedol ~Lovely Idol~" series: Mai Nonomiya, Miu Nekoya, Mizuki Sakaki, and Kotoha Kiryu, each with a display stand. Their bodies are interchangeable, so the figures can exchange poses and outfits. The series also includes a color variation for each figure, making a total of eight possible figures to trade and collect. Sold by the randomly-packed assortment of 8.
