The one-piece dress features a full ruffly skirt in black with a generous sprinkling of white hearts; the print is echoed on the bust part of the dress. A red satiny corset and peplum add a dash of color, as does the bright red bow tie! Three black hearts are appliqued down the center front of the dress, and the collar is white satin.
