From Atelier-Sai comes this exceptionally detailed action figure of the E=X Garland, from the classic "Megazone 23" OVA series. About 9cm tall to the tip of its shoulder armor, this action figure is non-transformable but is fully articulated using Atelier-Sai's "Sai Moving System" (SMS) joints that make possible a wide range of poses.
