Aoshima's reissue of their excellent IJN heavy cruiser Maya kit in 1/350 scale is sharply molded in gray styrene with a black display stand. This full-hull model builds into a "retake" version, with lots of extra anti-aircraft armament installed. The 16-page instruction booklet is in Japanese and English, and the illustrations are very descriptive, making assembly a breeze. An excellent addition to any 1/350-scale ship collection!
