It's everybody's favorite sentient automobile, K.I.T.T.! Ummm, wait a minute...this isn't K.I.T.T.... Ye gads! It's K.I.T.T.'s look-alike arch nemesis and kinda-sorta brother, K.A.R.R.!! That's right, it's Knight Industries' highly modified Pontiac Firebird "Knight Automated Roving Robot" (K.A.R.R.), from the seminal series "Knight Rider"--its third season, to be specific.

Aoshima's newly tooled K.A.R.R. kit features excellent detail and accuracy throughout. The body is prepainted in K.A.R.R.'s characteristic two-tone black and silver, with interior pieces molded in tan, and chassis and suspension parts molded in black. The wheels are smart two-part matte chrome and black assemblies, and darkly tinted clear windows are provided (the clear front windshield features prepainted black bordering). The pop-up headlights are movable. The interior is accurately detailed with all the whiz-bang computers and gizmology seen in the show, and includes decals to render some of the panel faces. A great kit of K.A.R.R.! (Despite what the photo above suggests, this kit does not include an LED scanner array. The scanner unit is available separately, though--see the link below!)
