Description
This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Ruiko Saten from "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun" may not have much psychic talent, but she adopts a carefree pose anyway, with her hair and skirt afloat on the breeze and a big smile on her face! Her trademark flower is pinned to the left side of her head. She was sculpted by Mumei, and she stands approximately 21cm tall. A base is included.

Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects.
