This item is an injection-plastic field gun model kit. It requires both cement and painting to complete or use.
The 88mm Flak 43 anti-tank gun was developed based on the successes of the 88mm Flak 18 cannon. Entering service in 1944, it was the most effective German anti-tank weapon of WWII, with a range of 1000-1500 meters. Its immense weight gave it poor mobility, however, resulting in heavy crew losses. Modified versions of the Pak 43 were used as the main guns for the Nashorn, Jagdpanther, and Tiger II.
Alan's Pak 43 is sharply molded in light gray styrene and includes the four-wheeled carrier chassis.
