The Germans were great at militarizing just about anything at hand in their conquest of Europe and beyond, and trains were no exception. There were a staggering array of armored train variants built during WWII, mounting a variety of armament, from light AA guns up to disembodied tank turrets.
Atelier Infinite, a small company from Osaka, produces exquisitely crafted and cast resin AFV accessories and full kits. This full kit of a BP42 Haubitzwagen armored train car is sharply cast in resin. A 10cm howitzer turret is included in the kit. The rail base is not included.
