This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
From the manufacturer:
The MiG-15 fighter has become one of the symbols of post-WW2 aircraft development, especially one of the communist block lead by the Soviet Union. It played a crucial role in the Korean War, took part in the Suez Crisis, and entered into other less important conflicts in Asia, Africa, the Carribean, and more. The key parts of the aircraft -- its engine and swept wing -- were not developed in the Soviet Union, but in other qountries. The first prototype, under designation I-301, was finished on December 19, 1947, and made its maiden flight on December 30th.
This kit contains parts molded in grey and clear plastic, and includes photo-etched parts, masking foils, decals, and resin parts. This special set also includes a commemorative glass and a mounted piece of metal from an actual MiG-15.
