Takara Tomy commemorates the 25th anniversary of 1983 anime classic "Armored Trooper Votoms" with a great new Actic Gear lineup of 1/48-scale Armored Trooper (AT) action figures with special features! This second entry in the line is "EX Scratch," an ATM-09-STCC Scopedog Turbo Custom action figure specially finished to allow you to scratch off the paint on any area to give it a realistic battle-worn look! (Once the paint is taken off in any area, it can't go back to normal, so be careful where you scratch!) This nicely detailed and articulated action figure also features working turn picks and openable hatches in each leg to simulate its jet roller dash, an openable cockpit to hold the unpainted pilot figure, and is able to be posed in down form.
