What a warehouse find! This troop-building essential was produced by Hasbro in 2002, and has a Tomy sticker on the back to sell it in Japan. He's one of the camo-clad commandoes of the Rebellion, and he has a machine-gun-like weapon with a removable "blast effect," and a removable helmet and backpack. He could probably throw down with your 3 3/4-inch G.I. Joes if he gets bored hanging with the "Star Wars" crowd! Quantities are extremely limited, so act fast!
