Marui's fabulous new RC Tiger I is here now, and well worth the wait! Here's the scoop on it:
- 1/24 scale; measures about 40 cm long
- All prepainted and weathered
- Tracks are the individual-link kind (not cheap rubber-band style)
- Real torsion bar suspension
- Rubber tires on road wheels
- Front-wheel drive
- Turret rotation 320 degrees; barrel elevates 20 degrees
- 88mm gun barrel formed from machined aluminum
- The all-new BB firing system has a 25m range
- Controller features a two-button trigger, and LED warning light for safety
- 3 forward speeds, 2 turning speeds
- Realistic "spot" rotation
- Requires 8 AA batteries (for the tank) and 1 9V battery (for the controller); it will run for about an hour on regular alkaline batteries
