This gorgeous reinterpretation of Xecty from "Shining Wind" is the first figure to be released from the collaboration of Kotobukiya, Hobby Japan and Sega! This joint project promises to bring us more mechanized redesigns of heroines from the "Shining" videogames. As the Phantom Queen, Xecty is outfitted in cool white and glossy black with flashes of hot pink. The winglike attachments on the sides of her head are mounted to ball joints, so you can change their position! She's about 22cm tall, and a base is provided.
