This is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters from science fiction.

A collection of "matryoshka"-style nesting dolls...figures...Chubbies...uh, "representations" of some popular Star Wars characters, each consisting of three parts that fit inside each other, and a theme! For Darth Vader we get a wee li'l hope-filled Anakin that fits inside an angry, angst-ridden Anakin that fits inside Vader! For Threepio we get a fresh naked Threepio that fits inside an early-skinned Threepio that fits inside the final golden Threepio. And so on and so forth, with Wookies, Obi-Wan Kenobi, General Grievous, and Siths. Obi-Wan, Vader, and Grievous come with lightsabers, as illustrated below (the General comes with four!). Detachable feet are included with each doll to display each of its parts separately if you like. An interesting concept that will make a fine addition to any Star Wars collection! The collection is sold twelve dolls to a box, with two of each doll included.
