Shin Getter 1 returns to Aoshima's Shin Seiki Gohkin series, this time as a "W-Wings" (double wings; in Japan, "W" is frequently used to mean "double") weathering color version produced for distribution by Anime Export! Previously offered in 2000 in two versions, one with Getter Tomahawk and the other with Getter Scythe, die-cast Shin Getter 1 now comes packed with both deadly weapons in this limited-edition set, and this time has a fantastic weathered finish and newly sculpted double wings to boot! Two pairs of interchangeable wings (open and closed wings) and optional hands are provided to set Shin Getter 1 in various action poses. The attention to detail is fascinating, and the use of clear parts on the chest and legs shows off its detailed inner mechanisms. Not to be missed! A weathered Closed Wing version has also been produced.
