Aoshima has re-released their excellent kit of Max's Interceptor from "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior"! This release features some newly tooled parts, such as the interior floor, roll bar, knife, rear wheels (prepainted), and "more" (Aoshima is being coy and won't tell us what "more" is!) . Other than the blower poking through the hood, there is no engine detail. Nice to see this great kit back in release! Now, would it be too much to ask for a nice, clean, undamaged version from the first movie? Here's hopin'!
This release features the addition of an unpainted, unassembled white metal figure of "The Dog." Adorable!
