This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The Sd.Kfz.250 armored personnel carrier was developed by the German Army based on the one-ton half-track, which emphasized mobility. Production began in 1941, and improvements were made in 1943 to improve productivity by changing the shape of the armor plates and reducing their number. The new model is called "Neu" (German for "new"), or Type B, and the previous type is called Type Am or "Alte" (old). More than 4,000 Alte vehicles were produced; they were equipped with a Maybach inline six-cylinder gasoline engine. The maximum speed was 60km/h; it was also equipped with two 7.92mm MG34 machine guns as armaments. It had a crew of two and could accommodate four soldiers. The Sd.Kfz.250/1 is the basic type, and many variations types, such as self-propelled artillery, were also created to take advantage of its mobility. It was active throughout the war.
