Description
This is a educational construction kit assembled from various materials (plastic, metal, etc.).
Manufacturer's commentary: This robot fish advances in the water by swinging its tail fin. Body consists of transparent green top and white under-belly with motor, gearbox, battery box and switch installed inside. Motor revolution is transformed into tail fin swimming action via crank and linkage rod. Waterproof sealing tape for body and rubber rings for screw holes and switch are provided. Assembly is easily done by simply snapping and screwing parts together. Part of Tamiya's "Robot Craft" series, this terrific little blowfish -- it does sort of look like a blowfish! -- when completed and properly sealed can be played with in the tub, the pool, or wherever you've got some water for it to tool around in!
