It has the primer coverage and film durability when dry similar to lacquer-based paints, and features self-leveling properties, allowing the painted surface to naturally become smooth due to surface tension. Atom Color is specially formulated for use with both brushes and airbrushes.

The Atom Color lineup includes over 180 colors, covering solids, metallics, washables, and more, including accurate reproductions of real aircraft and AFV paint schemes. It can also be used on car models, ship models, character models, figures, wargame units, railway models, and dioramas.
