Atom Color offers lacquer-like primer coverage and durable dry film, along with self-leveling properties (the natural flattening of the paint surface due to surface tension). It is specially formulated to be usable with both brushes and airbrushes.

The Atom Color lineup includes over 180 varieties covering a wide range of colors such as solid, metallic, and washable. Among them are colors that accurately reproduce the paint schemes of real aircraft and AFVs. It can be used not only for aircraft and AFVs but also for car and ship models, character models, figures, wargame units, railroad models, and dioramas.
