Description
This is a sheet of water-slide or dry transfer decals for marking aircraft models.
Rivet decals are decals designed to replicate the three-dimensional rivet details on the surface of aircraft models. The rivet parts are thicker than regular "wet transfer" decals. To apply them, simply adhere the decals to the surface of the primed model using the wet transfer method, and then paint over them.
Unlike regular water slide decals, wet transfer decals require cutting out the desired portion, soaking it in lukewarm water to remove the backing paper, applying it to the model with the transparent film intact, allowing it to dry for several hours, and then removing the transparent film to fix the printed rivets underneath. This process eliminates the silvering typically seen with regular water slide decals.
