Description
This is a metal accessory set for use with aircraft kits.
A set of very nicely cast white metal landing gear for the aircraft type and scale listed in the title. Drop-in replacements for the kit parts (see *Attention* below). Some minor clean up may be required, however if strength is a concern to you SAC products will provide the peace of mind you seek.
From SAC: This set is for all early Block variants (1-20) that use the 'light' style landing gear ... check your references. For quick visual identification: the landing lights are mounted to the main gear struts ...EXCEPT for those aircraft that have been refitted to accept FLIR pods. These jets have the landing lights 'stacked' inside the nose gear door. Kinetic's A/B kit has this feature. Remove the main gear landing lights when modeling an aircraft with FLIR pods. *ATTENTION: when using this set with a Kinetic's kit, slight enlargement of the mounting holes for the main gear is necessary.
