Warning From Bandai Regarding the Clear Parts:

• In order to build a Perfect Grade 00 Raiser using all of the clear armor parts, an unbuilt 00 Raiser kit is needed. (In other words, you have to add the parts as you build, and cannot add all of them later once the model has been assembled.)
• If you try to remove the armor parts from an already-built PG 00 Raiser, you will find there are some parts that physically cannot be removed, and some other parts are likely to be broken if you try to forcibly remove them. Therefore some parts absolutely cannot be replaced if starting with an already-built model. Your understanding on this point will be appreciated. Also, there is a risk of breaking the clear parts contained in the original PG 00 Raiser kit, and these clear parts are not included in the clear armor parts set.
• Due to the nature of the material used in the clear armor parts set, once a PG 00 Raiser has been assembled using the clear armor parts, there is risk of damage if you attempt to remove the clear armor parts and replace them. The clear armor parts cannot be removed and replaced after they are put onto the model.

In order to meet Bandai's schedule, we will need your HLJ application and Bandai Purchase Ticket by this deadline:

NOTE: We will be sending in the Purchase Tickets to Bandai as we receive them. The shipping dates from Bandai are approximate, so we cannot guarantee shipping times to customers. We will be working only with our deadline of March 15, 2010 (not Bandai's December 2009 or February 2010 deadlines), although you should send in your requests as soon as possible. There may be delays. Once received from Bandai, we will ship the sets directly to you.

CAUTION: We will NOT be able to process any requests received after MARCH 15, 2010.

Details About the Application Form:

• Please write legibly.
• Your Customer ID can be found on your HLJ invoice.
• The Bandai Purchase Ticket "password" is located on the upper right area of the right-hand side of the open Purchase Ticket, as indicated in the image above.
• Be sure to circle your method of shipping choice. If no method is chosen, we will ship by SAL. PLEASE NOTE: HLJ cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of sets shipped by any method other than EMS. (In the unlikely event of an EMS shipment becoming damaged or lost, please understand that we will not be able to exchange parts or send replacement parts or sets.)

BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE BANDAI PURCHASE TICKET WITH THE HLJ APPLICATION FORM WHEN YOU SEND IT IN TO HLJ!
We MUST have both the Bandai Purchase Ticket and the HLJ application form to process your order. If either is missing, the order cannot be processed.
