Bandai 1/60 Perfect Grade 00 Raiser Special Clear Parts Set Proxy Order Service Information Page

HLJ is offering a very special proxy order and delivery service for Bandai's special clear parts set for their 1/60 Perfect Grade 00 Raiser kit, for HLJ customers only! The Bandai kit includes a Purchase Ticket exclusively for customers in Japan to purchase this special set of clear parts, but HobbyLink Japan is offering a proxy service for our international customers to apply for these sets. A special HLJ application form is included with each Perfect Grade 00 Raiser kit, along with Bandai's Purchase Ticket. Just follow the directions on the HLJ form, fill it out, and send it in to HLJ along with the Bandai Purchase Ticket in the supplied pre-addressed envelope. HLJ will then order the clear parts set for you and send it to you after we receive your payment for it!

NOTE: Bandai indicates that it is not possible to build the kit first with the regular parts and then try to change over to the clear parts, so modelers are advised to decide if they want to use the clear parts or not BEFORE building the model.

HLJ Application Form

Procedures:
Although this is all explained on the application form, here it is again in a bit more detail:

1. To apply for the proxy service, fill out the HLJ proxy service application form and mail it in to HLJ along with Bandai's Purchase Ticket in the supplied self-addressed envelope (customer is responsible for the necessary postage).
2. Once received at HLJ, we'll send you a payment request for the parts set (3,500 yen) and for shipping and handling charges from Bandai to HLJ, plus of course shipping charges from HLJ to you. We cannot estimate total shipping charges to you until the payment request is sent. You can review the shipping charges in the payment request before you pay.
3. Once your payment has been confirmed, we'll carry out the necessary procedures to order the clear parts set from Bandai. We will then ship it to you using your preferred shipping method. Bandai has provided the following approximate schedule for their parts shipping: MORE INFO

CAUTION: We will not be able to process any requests received after March 15, 2010.

We MUST have both the Bandai Purchase Ticket and the HLJ application form to process your order. If either is missing, the order cannot be processed.
