1/35 Sd.Kfz.184 Ferdinand Kursk 1943 by Cyber Hobby

Product Description
This item is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.  Click here for sizing chart.

The Ferdinand was the interesting result of the failed Tiger design of Dr. Ferdinand Porsche. He had built quite a few of his Tigers before learning he had lost the Tiger competition, so he was ordered to rip the turrets off of them and turn the remaining chassis into tank destroyers mounting the potent 88mm gun. Although heavily armed and armored, mechanical and strategic failures plagued the design throughout its service life.

Dragon/Cyber-Hobby's Ferdinand includes photo-etched parts and other metal detail parts (towing shackles, cables, main gun, chains, etc.) to give modelers everything they need to create a fantastically detailed model all in one very packed box. Tracks are Dragon's "Magic Track" injection-molded individual link tracks, accurately detailed to depict the tracks unique to the Ferdinand.
