Shy Shiro Tougi from "Fortune Arterial" makes her debut as a "Beach Queen" figure from Wave! Catching sight of the ocean, she smiles eagerly and starts to drop her beach towel from her shoulders. She's about 15cm tall, and a sand-textured base is included--order her today to enjoy summer all year long!
