This item is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Here's a gorgeous repaint of 2007's Tachi-Yellow, now with a glossy metal finish! Part of the W.H.A.M.! (Wave High Advanced Model) series, this articulated construction-type AI walker/tankette features ball-jointed limbs and comes with two types of oil bottles. An in-scale Saito PVC figure is also included along with a display base.
