Assembly Guide:Skill LevelCement (Y/N)Paint (Y/N)
Product Overview:This item is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit. It requires both cement and painting to complete or use.

This was the first tank that the new mechanized Geman Army developed after WWI, opening the way for the Blitzkrieg (Lightning War) later. The Panzer I was not only used for training, but also participated in the Poland and North African campaigns. Lightly armed and armored, it was withdrawn from front-line combat by 1941.

This kit was designed with assistance from Yoshikatsu Tomioka, the famous AFV kit designer also known for his excellent work on the workable tracks from Modelkasten. Featuring parts from Tristar's previous (and excellent) Panzer I kit, this kit is molded in tan plastic and is extremely detailed. The tracks are provided as non-workable individual links, photo-etched brass parts for the exhaust cover are included, as are clear parts for the driver's vision block and headlights. Can be built as either an early or late version. Fighting compartment, turret, and engine detail is also included. Decals provided for four early and three late vehicles. This one's screaming to be built with every hatch wide open!
