The CJ-6 is the Chinese-produced copy of the Yak-18A, an improved version of the Yak-18 with a larger radial engine. Even in this "large" scale, the CJ-6 is a pretty small plane, building up to barely larger than a 1/48 US fighter. Relatively good detail on this kit, which includes separate injection-plastic tire parts in place of the rubber units in the original Yak-18 kit. Also, the metal control surface hinges have been removed, and the parts modified with prominent locating tabs for secure attachment. Includes markings for one Chinese aircraft; however, additional numbers are on the decal sheet so you could probably model every CJ-6 ever made.
